Turin (Italy) - Full-time - Open to MSc Students and recent Graduates
Ecosmic is a software house that develops solutions for satellites. Our first product SAFE helps satellite operators tackle space traffic management.
At Ecosmic, we believe in fostering innovation and nurturing future talent. That is why we are looking for students to work with us. As a MSc student collaborating with Ecosmic, you will join full-time our international team and you will be assigned a mentor that will guide you and support your project development.
The suggested time-frame for an internship with us is 6 months.
Your Mission
As part of an international and ambitious team, you will contribute to Ecosmic product development to ensure a safe and sustainable usage of space.
Some examples of your tasks are:
Design, develop and test software for the guidance, navigation and control of satellites
Design, develop and test software for ground-based tools to support the decision-making of satellite operators
Contribute to R&D projects such as developing software that will run on-board satellites
Ensure that the software adheres to international standards

Education
You are a MSc student or recent graduate of Aerospace Engineering or any similar scientific or engineering degree.Coding Languages
You have previously used C/C++ and/or Python.Experience:
Orbital mechanics
Propagation & Optimization in Astrodynamics
(AI/ML fundamentals)
